This large 595 square foot gem offers a perfect one-bedroom, living room/ dining room combination for seniors who want a little extra space. We only have three of these apartments in the entire building so they are often rented quickly! Its floor plan boosts a little extra character given its shape and large entry foyer. The kitchenette has a refrigerator along with ample cabinet space just off the living room area. Residents also have access to two closets in bedroom and one in living room, and individually controlled heating and air conditioning to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. The full bath is designed for safety and convenience, with features such as grab bars and non-slip flooring.
